How can public officials, open data experts and journalists collaborate to improve public access to information and data-driven news-coverage? How can anti-corruption commissions, civil society actors and the media join forces to initiate a constructive dialogue on corruption prevention and transparency? The workshop will present lessons learned from media development projects in Bangladesh, Cambodia and Pakistan and offer insights into the opportunities and challenges for multi stakeholder partnerships to improve access to information. In a practical and participatory way the workshop will bring together a diverse range of actors to showcase the potential that lies in the innovative collaboration between media, citizen and the state in different contexts in the region.
